Our bodies are made up of up to 60% of water. Keeping your body hydrated will improve the overall appearance and possibly your health. Advantages I noticed after drinking the correct amount of water daily:
- Skin became visibly firmer
- Having eczema, fewer rashes and better overall skin condition
- Lost weight/stabilization of weight
- Energy level rises
- The face has that healthy glow (fewer spots and clearer skin)
Try this and notice the difference
Firstly, you need to calculate how much water to drink each day, the water calculator I recommend and used to calculate how much water I need to drink. With the results, you will also get information such as your hydration status, how much water you are currently consuming (including water in food).
Secondly, you need to drink water. I recommend getting used to carrying a water bottle with you everywhere, taking sips throughout the day is an easy way to stay hydrated. Use a colourful reusable bottle or travel mug. Or get an app on your phone that reminds you to drink water.
Tip – if you don’t like drinking water on its own try adding a fruit or few.
The final step is seeing the results for yourself. I am positive the changes will be amazing and visible within the first few weeks.
